Grants Opportunity: NEA International Literary Exchange The purpose of this Program Solicitation is to select an organization (Cooperator) to work with the Arts Endowment on a literary exchange publication project with the People’s Republic of China (P.R.C.). This project will be developed jointly by the General Administration of Press and Publication (GAPP) of the P.R.C. and the National Endowment for the Arts in the United States .
