Inspired by the dancing wings of our butterfly garden and the Butterfly Magic Exhibit, this two hour writing class will follow author Connie Spittler through three sessions of writing.
The work of other writers will be used to show the possibilities available when considering the subject of butterflies. Paricipants will chose according to their individual leanings, dipping lightly into butterfly myth, gardening experiences and personal stories to write memoir, short story, essay, poetry, and/or children’s story.
Work will be shared with supportive class members and friends.
