Sarah K. Smith loved this theme (I wonder why?) so she will be the curator and emcee of the next Odyssey Storytelling. Contact her at sarahkristinsmith@yahoo.com if you have a Devil Made Me Do It story to tell on Thursday, January 6 at the Club Congress. Don’t be shy, we have a rehearsal and offer lots of support.
If you are coming to the show to hear the devilishly good stories, don’t forget you can have dinner at the Cup Cafe (reservations recommended, 798-1618) in the history Hotel Congress or at Maynard’s Market and Kitchen on Toole Ave in the Historic Train Depot (reservations recommended, 545-5077.) Doors open at 6:30 for the best seats. Free parking on the street after 5 p.m.
The Story Cart will be at the Children’s Museum, 200 South 6th Avenue on Saturday, January 15 from 1 to 3 p.m. for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Thanks to everyone who shared their stories at the Story Cart at 2nd Saturdays in December.
More themes coming up:
February 3: The Hidden Gem Show: Tucson Tales
March 3: Chutzpah! The Audacity Show
April 7: Shoulda Been Dead: Stories from the Edge
