Homeless Youth Project In The Wash
The Homeless Youth Project is a Pan Left Productions project in cooperation with The Carlos G Figueroa Foundation. It will be a series of videos culminating in a documentary named Homeless Youth Project Tucson, AZ.
This video was taken in a Tucson wash where homeless youth exist by generally eating out of dumpsters and sleeping wherever they can. They are unloved, uncared for and they are raising themselves.
Young people who raise themselves will unfortunately make more mistakes than those that have guidance. Therefore they are more likely to eventually become a a drain on the infrastructure in that they will be an additional cost to police, fire departments and hospitals. They may become full time castaways because we have allowed them to. We will have lost potentially valuable resources not to mention the lives that we have allowed to to be wasted.
