Society of Southwestern Authors- May 20, 2012 Writing Forum at New Location and Hosts Harvey Stanbrough “Seven Surefire Ways to Run off Your Reader”

We missed those of you who couldn’t come to our first gathering in our new location following a necessary notification from the Four Points Sheraton who had given us such wonderful service for seven years. Our thanks go out to all our members who made this move possible. Under pressure for Mike’s Write Word deadline, Jan Frost, Forum chair, with the help of encouraging voices from our membership, found a home for our forums IN TWO DAYS that was easily accessible, affordable and charming. Tons of parking space; sunshine; WONDERFUL acoustics; DELICIOUS food; FRIENDLINESS; and COMFORT.

THE TUCSON CITY CENTER INN SUITES (At I-10 & St. Mary’s)
WAS AWESOME

Totally remodeled, warm, beautiful, and atmosphere exploding with unparalleled writer’s energy…
… PLUS…
the charm and talent of SSA member, actress/author, Dorothy Daniels Anderson, who held us breathless, and literally glued to our seats until her standing ovation.

This was a forum to be remembered. Twenty-four authors laughed together, shared news about writing, and the ups and downs of traditional publishing, self-publishing, epublishing, AND the invitation to come next month on May the 20th, 2012 to hear

… Harvey Stanbrough …
