If you read the book, serving as a panelist will be easy – you’ll simply have an open mic during the discussion so you can share your reaction and opinions about the book and the artist. Special Guest. We are pleased to announce that Jeffrey Meizlik. who worked as De Kooning’s studio assistant from 1976-1977 will be joining the discussion as a panelist. Jeffrey will give us personal insight and perspective from the time he spent working with De Kooning.
