MARIACHI MURDER   AN ANDY VERACRUZ MYSTERY

by D. R. Ransdell

“… a slick and saucy story to keep your feet moving to the tunes and your mind guessing till the end.”- Stephen L. Brayton, Author of ALPHA

When asked to keep an eye on his boss’s wife, Andy knows he should look the other way.  Instead Yiolanda proves too tempting.  After she’s accused of murdering a fellow mariachi player, Andy is drawn to her as a violin to a bow, but the result could hardly be called music!

D. R. Ransdell is an author and writing teacher in Tucson, Arizona.  She moonlights in a mariachi band, which gives her plenty of murderous ideas.  She resides with several cats, all of whom complain about her violin playing.

Mary Ann Hutchison Author- MOOCHI’S MARIACHI’S, first novel

Mary Ann Hutchison’s first novel, MOOCHI’S MARIACHI’S, was seven years in the writing.  Forged by their love of music and their dream, their teen friendship is tight.  If they work hard and save money, Moochi, Chico, Ladybug and Turo will be able to leave their small Arizona town and take part in the International Mariachi Conference in Tucson.  No worries, until the strength of their friendship is teasted and then shaken by unforeseen problems that shatter their security and trust, forcing them to deal with an intolerance they’ve never felt before.  The answers they need may lie in the dsert that surrounds their world and has always offered them peace as well as danger.

Look for both of them at the Festival of Books in March, as well as the other places that books and their writers hang around in.
